The congress could be held in the Beatrix Theatre, which seats up to 1400 delegates, including a large stage in a classy ambiance.
All meeting rooms are equipped with a beamer and projection screen. The delegates will have full visibility of projection screens. Jaarbeurs is a suitable location for delegates with limited mobility.

The Expo Room is located directly adjacent to the Beatrix theater.

The Expo Room is located adjacent the Beatrix Theater and offers approximately 2,400 square metres of space (gross). This area could be perfect for coffee breaks & catering, sponsors, exhibition, poster sessions and networking events.

The 30 different meeting rooms are located on the first through to the fourth floors of the Beatrix Building in Utrecht. All of the meeting rooms benefit from natural daylight, have flexible layouts and offer plug & play facilities. Each floor also has a central space, suitable for catering and networking moments.
