The venue and accommodation are within walking distance of each other (+/- 20 minutes). You can also choose to use public transport, there is a tram station located a 10 minute walk from the accommodation. From there the tram takes another 5 minutes to the venue. The social venues are either reachable through public transport or bus transport. We promise to manage transportation when walking or public transport are not feasible for reaching the destination. Yet, the distance between accommodation and the city center is only 30 minutes.

Public transport

Utrecht has a great public transport network, with the accommodation and venue being well connected to the bus and tram system, taking you to the center and central station. 

On top of that, we commit to exploring the opportunities of partnering with the local public transport company to get transport at a reduced price. If the budget allows this, we will fund these prices as well to provide you with free public transport.
