Equity
Following the EUDC constitution, we will work with open applications to select our Equity Officer at the latest six months before EUDC. We will be able to count on the help of our experienced equity advisors.
Accessibility
The confirmed venue is accessible for people with physical disabilities. We have a separate budget for accessibility needs to take care of transport and we commit for all socials to allow participation with accessibility issues.
For the accommodation, we have reserved several fully wheelchair accessible rooms at University College Utrecht.
