Impression of the venue

The congress could be held in the Beatrix Theatre, which seats up to 1500 delegates in a classy ambiance.
All meeting rooms are equipped with a beamer and projection screen. The delegates will have full visibility of projection screens. Jaarbeurs is a suitable location for delegates with limited mobility.

The Expo Room is located adjacent the Beatrix Theater and offers approximately 2,400 square metres of space (gross). This area could be perfect for catering, exhibition, poster sessions and networking events.

Impressie Expozaal

The 30 meeting rooms of different sizes are located on the first through to the fourth floors of the Beatrix Building in Utrecht. All of the meeting rooms benefit from natural daylight, have flexible layouts and provide space for 2 to 240 participants.
