Royal Jaarbeurs in Utrecht is the largest Exhibition and Conference venue in the Netherlands and offers a broad range of meeting and corporate event facilities for 2 to 1500 delegates as well as an Exhibition Centre spread over 10 halls with a total area of 86,000 m2. Located in the central city of Utrecht, Jaarbeurs is within 5 minutes walking distance from the Central train station and the heart of the historic city.

Jaarbeurs is committed to the healthcare sector and has been awarded the Green Healthcare Certificate, showing that we can support the compliance policies and agreements for specific needs during the organisation of a meeting in the medical sector.

Jaarbeurs offers 4 conference centers;

• Beatrix Theater and adjacent Expo Room

A reservation hold has been placed on the Beatrix Theater, Mies Bouwman Foyer & Constantijn Foyer, Expo Hall, and several breakout rooms from November 26 – 28, 2026 (Build up 25 November).
