In 2024, the Utrecht Congress Alliance (UCA) was established. The UCA is fully committed to positioning Utrecht as the leading city and region for hosting top international conferences. Specifically, conferences that align with the positioning ‘Utrecht, Heart of Health’ and connect with the regional focus areas of Life Sciences & Health, New Digital Society, and Smart Sustainability.

The Utrecht Congress Alliance is a collaboration between public and private partners, including the Municipality of Utrecht, the Province of Utrecht, ROM Utrecht Region, HOST (a foundation of Utrecht hoteliers), Utrecht University, Royal Jaarbeurs, and Utrecht Marketing (with its Utrecht Convention Bureau).
